Igor Ribeiro ACMA CGMA currently serves as Financial Controller at Sagacity since January 2023, previously holding the same role at REaD Group Ltd from July 2017 to February 2023. In these positions, Igor Ribeiro leads finance activities including financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliation, payroll, and statutory returns while overseeing the finance team and collaborating with departmental heads and the board to drive growth opportunities, mitigate risks, and optimize cash utilization. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Finance – Shared Service at Deluxe and as London Finance Manager at Momentum Services Ltd (Eurostar), along with a role as Assistant Group Accountant at Cremonini Group. Igor Ribeiro holds a Master's degree in Financial Analysis from Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia.
