Geneviève Philion

Geneviève is a Vice President, Private Equity Canada at Sagard and joined the firm in 2023. Geneviève is responsible for originating, structuring, investing, and portfolio company management across all sectors. Geneviève is based in Montreal, Quebec.

Prior to Sagard, Geneviève was a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at BMR Group, where she was responsible for the budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.

Prior to that, Geneviève worked as an Associate, Private Equity in the Private Large Capitalizations team at CDPQ, where she was focused on direct private equity investments in Quebec.

Geneviève holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from HEC Montréal and is a CFA Charterholder.
