Allegra Wolff

Allegra Wolff is an experienced professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Director of Food and Beverage at Sage Hospitality Group since January 2023. Previously, Allegra was the General Manager at The Gallows Group from July 2017 to August 2020, and also held the position of Bartender at The Gallows from August 2016 to July 2017. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Customer Service Specialist at Mullis and Associates Physical Therapy, Inc., and a Research Intern at Fitology 542, where Allegra participated in designing a worldwide research study on overtraining injuries specific to Les Mills fitness instructors. Additionally, Allegra has held various internships in physical therapy settings, gaining valuable insights into patient care and therapeutic practices while earning a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Penn State University in 2015. Currently, Allegra is in the process of writing a research article on overuse injuries for publication in an exercise science journal.
