Matt Clements is the CFO & Co-founder of Sage Infusion, a position Matt has held since October 2019. Prior to that, Matt worked at CVS Health from June 2011 to September 2019, where Matt served as the Director of Specialty Pharmacy Acquisitions. Matt holds a Master's degree in Finance from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, an MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Stonehill College.

We are a patient focused full service specialty infusion center for patients with autoimmune disorders (MS, RA, Crohn's, UC, Osteoporosis, Lupus) with chronic infusion needs. We are open extended hours including weekends. We handle Medicare and all major commercial health insurance. We serve the Central and Southwest Florida region.
