William Cargile

William Cargile, BSME/MBA, serves as the Plant Operations Manager at Sage V Foods since July 2024. Previously, Cargile held the position of Director of Production Operations at FlaktGroup SEMCO and worked as a Plant Operations Manager for Nucor Corporation. Cargile has extensive experience in operational management, notably at Danfoss, where roles included General Manager and Production Director, overseeing full operational and P&L responsibilities during factory closures and transformations. Other significant positions include General Manager at Precision Roll Grinders, Inc., and various engineering and managerial roles at Emerson, where Cargile significantly improved operational efficiencies. Cargile began career training with the United States Army Reserve, and educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arkansas and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
