Gisèle Kirtley

Gisèle Kirtley, M.A., is an experienced Senior Content Specialist at Sage, where since February 2015, involvement with cross-functional agile teams focuses on documentation for Sage X3 in the international finance and compliance domain. Prior to this role, Gisèle engaged in freelance technical writing and editing from May 2009 to February 2015, achieving content strategy goals for various clients. Experience at the University of Redlands as Web Manager included launching a new website and leading a training program for campus web editors. Gisèle also served as a Technical Editor at ESRI, developing software training courses, and held roles at IEHP, GE Global Research Center, and The Write Ink, writing technical documents and marketing materials. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in French, Technical Writing & Translation from Penn State University, and a Master of Arts in Higher Education from the University of Redlands.
