Joe DePeder, CPA, currently serves as Director of Finance at Sagemont Tax and also holds the same title at FileForms and TaxNow. With extensive experience in financial management, DePeder has been instrumental in streamlining collections processes to nearly 100% and managing accounting records using Quickbooks Online. Prior to these roles, DePeder owned Audit Ready, LLC, focusing on preparing companies for financial statement audits. During tenure at Crowe as Audit Manager, responsibilities included supervising audits for companies with revenues from $50 million to $2 billion and preparing client financial statements. DePeder holds an M.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Dayton and has also gained experience through various accounting internships and roles, including tax preparation and financial oversight in student employment positions.
