Katie Halstead

Katie Halstead is a seasoned professional in people operations and talent acquisition, currently serving as the People Operations Manager at SageNet since April 2021. In this role, Katie adopts a person-first strategic approach to employment, focusing on well-being and results while leading talent acquisition initiatives. Previously, Katie held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager, overseeing recruiting efforts for new headcount and replacements. Prior to joining SageNet, Katie gained extensive experience as a Senior Recruiter at Inceed, where a successful track record with Fortune 500 companies was established. Earlier professional experience includes teaching roles at Mandarin Middle School, River City Science Academy, and Varsity Lakes Middle School. Katie holds a Bachelor's of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Oklahoma.
