Carol Carteciano is an experienced professional with a background in customer service and administrative support. Currently serving as a Program Assistant at SAGE since August 2022, Carol previously held roles including Administrative Assistant at The Durst Organization and Lead Barista at Delicious Hospitality Group. Experience also includes a position as Server/Trainer at Karaoke Duet 53 and Barista at FIKA New York. Additionally, Carol served as a Café & Store Operations Trainer at Nestlé Nespresso SA and as Trainer & Floor Manager at Book Off USA. Carol holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Hunter College.
