Manoj Brahmankar started their work experience as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Cummins India Ltd. in 1996. In 2009, Manoj received a Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification from the Indian Statistical Institute. Manoj also attended Lal Bahadur Shashtri in Bhandara from 1990 to 1992, where they completed their Jr. College with a focus on Science. In addition to their formal education, Manoj obtained a Certified Outsourcing Professional certification from the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals in October 2014.
