Stephen Desouza, BSc. (Hons), PCIR, serves as the Human Resource Business Partner for Employee Relations at HGS Healthcare since March 2022, where responsibilities include managing the Employee Relations Division and overseeing disciplinary and grievance processes. Prior to this role, Stephen held the position of Labor Relations Officer at the Ministry of Labour and Social Security from May 2013 to March 2022, ensuring compliance with various labor laws and facilitating mediation between employers and employees. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Excelsior Community College, and has further developed professional qualifications at the Management Institute of National Development (M.I.N.D).
