Rachel Welsh is an experienced administrative professional with a diverse background in arts and cinema management. Currently serving as Studio Administrator at Sago Mini since August 2021, Rachel previously held the role of Administrative Assistant at the Toronto International Film Festival, contributing to the TIFF Film Circuit and Theatrical New Releases programs from August 2019 to March 2020. Prior to this, Rachel was the Director of Operations at Revue Cinema for five years, overseeing daily management, financial records, and successfully implementing new business processes. Rachel's career at Revue Cinema progressed from Assistant Manager to General Manager, where responsibilities included coordinating over 200 special events annually. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto, specializing in Political Science, English Literature, and Art History.
