Jean-Philippe Cordina began their work experience as a senior designer and interior architect at Saguez & Partners in 2004. Jean-Philippe then transitioned into the role of Creative Director and later became an Associate and Creative Director at the same company. Currently, they hold the positions of Partner, Executive Creative Director, and Directeur activité workstyle at Saguez & Partners. Prior to joining Saguez & Partners, Cordina worked as a Designer at Interdesign from 2003 to 2004.
Jean-Philippe Cordina pursued their education in the field of design. In 1998, they enrolled at ensaama and completed their degree in BTS design produit in the year 2000. Following this, from 2000 to 2002, Jean-Philippe enrolled at Birmingham City University's Birmingham Institute of Art and Design, where they undertook Master Design Management. Their area of focus during this period included Design Management, Design Policy, and Design méthodes.
