Dr. Sarmistha Ray currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Amity University since October 2018 and operates as a Research Associate at the Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics, a role held since 2018. Previously, Dr. Sarmistha Ray worked as a Contractual Lecturer at South Calcutta Girls College during the 2009-2010 academic year. Dr. Sarmistha Ray holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Plant Molecular Biology from the University of Calcutta.
