Amber Steffen

Amber Steffen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, project coordination, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Project Coordinator for People Operations at SailPoint since June 2022, Amber focuses on enhancing the onboarding experience for new employees. Previously, Amber co-owned and managed Chippy's Chips Cookies from April 2020 to October 2023, where creative baking skills were leveraged to establish a successful business during the pandemic. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Principal at Leander ISD, recognized as the 2021 TEPSA Assistant Principal of the Year for Region 13, and delivering professional development training to educators. Earlier roles include teaching 8th grade English, coaching cheerleading, and working in marketing at Whorton Insurance Services. Amber holds a master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration and a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Stephen F. Austin State University.
