Kaley McKey

Kaley McKey currently serves as Global Senior Revenue Enablement Manager at SailPoint since June 2017, previously holding positions such as Global Revenue Enablement Manager and Global Sales Enablement Specialist. In these roles, Kaley has been instrumental in teaching Challenger Sales Methodology, leading onboarding programs, producing video podcasts, and facilitating continuous training for the Revenue Organization. Kaley has also planned significant sales events and led the onboarding of new team members in earlier roles as Team Lead for Sales Development Representatives and Senior Sales Development Representative. Prior experience includes a Sales Development Representative at State Farm, a Sales Intern at Fossil Group Ltd., and a Sales Associate at Huntsman. Kaley earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing with a Professional Sales Concentration from Texas State University - San Marcos.
