Parminder Kocher currently serves as Vice President of Identity Security Cloud at SailPoint, leading the development of innovative solutions in identity security. Prior to this role, Parminder held numerous leadership positions at Cisco, including Head of Engineering for Identity Now and Head of Product and Engineering for the Cisco NetAcad Platform, which serves over 2 million students globally. Parminder's experience also encompasses directing software innovation and managing the transition of Cisco's Smart Services business towards a software-centric model, as well as improving underperforming business units. Educational qualifications include an Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from MIT Sloan, an Executive MBA from Baylor University, and advanced degrees in computer science from California State University-Sacramento and Bangalore University.
