Philip Ellis

Philip Ellis is a technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering, development advocacy, and application architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Developer Advocate at SailPoint since November 2021, Philip has previously held significant positions at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland as a Sr. Application Architect and Sr. Java Developer, and at Current, powered by GE as a Sr. Software Engineer, focusing on full stack development and cloud applications. Philip's career at GE spanned over a decade, where roles included Lead Analyst in Business Solutions and Business Project Leader, assisting in the design of analytic solutions and coordinating global initiatives. Philip holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Illinois Springfield (2010) and an Associate degree in Electronic Engineering from Lakeland Community College (2004).
