Todd Niederauer has extensive experience in technical and customer support roles, currently serving as the Director of Global Software Support at SailPoint since August 2016. Prior to this position, Todd held various roles at SailPoint, including Senior Manager and Manager of Technical Support, as well as Team Lead for US Customer Support. Todd's career began at IBM/Tivoli as a Customer Support Engineer, followed by a long tenure at OpenText Corporation, where Todd advanced from Customer Support Engineer to Sr Customer Support Engineer. Todd holds a degree in Political Science from The University of Texas at Arlington, which was obtained between 1989 and 1995.
