Seven-time Missouri EMS Service of the Year that provides mobile healthcare services for all municipalities and unincorporated areas of St. Charles County, covering 592 square miles and a population of more than 400,000.

In addition to emergency and non-emergency care and transport services, the District operates numerous value-added programs for the residents of our service area, including Mobile Integrated Health and the American Ambulance Association award-winning Substance Use Recovery Response Team. 

The District also operates a Training Center offering EMT and Paramedic courses, along with a full compliment of American Heart Association courses.
