Rachel Rumely has extensive experience in education. Rachel started their career in 2005 as a Kindergarten 1 Teacher at St. Matthew School. In 2006, they moved to St. Patrick School where they worked as a Grade 3 Teacher until 2008. From 2008 to 2014, Rachel worked as a Grade 2 Teacher at Saint Columbkille Partnership School. Rachel then transitioned into the role of Director of Mission and Catholic Identity at Saint Columbkille Partnership School from 2014 to 2019. Currently, Rachel is serving as the Assistant Head of School at Saint Columbkille Partnership School.
Rachel Rumely has a strong educational background in the field of education. Rachel obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Xavier University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Following this, they pursued a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Boston College from 2005 to 2007. Later on, they furthered their education by completing another Master of Education (MEd) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from Boston College from 2011 to 2015.
In addition to their academic qualifications, Rachel has obtained several certifications to enhance their expertise in education. Rachel received an Early Childhood: Students with and without disabilities, Pre-K - 2 certification from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in May 2008. Furthermore, they obtained an Administrator License, Grades 5 - 8 certification in October 2015 and an Administrator License, Pre-K - 6 certification in October 2016, both also from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
