Nancy Lefebre has extensive work experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Nancy began their career at SE Health in 1985, where they held the position of Business of Caring until 2005. From 2005 to 2022, they served as Chief Clinical Executive & SVP Knowledge and Practice at SE Health. Nancy recently became Senior Vice President and COO at SE Health. In addition to their work at SE Health, Nancy was also a past President, President, and President-Elect at the Academy of Canadian Executive Nurses from 2010 to 2014. Nancy has also been an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Toronto since 2014.
Nancy Lefebre holds a Masters of Nursing from D'Youville University. Nancy also has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Victoria and a Registered Nurse Diploma from Seneca Polytechnic. In addition, they have obtained certifications including a Fellowship (FCCHE/FCCHL) from the Canadian College of Health Leaders in 2008, a Certification (CHE) from the same institution in 2006, and a Fellowship (EXTRA) from the Canadian Health Services Research Foundation in 2006.
