Scott Colby

Scott Colby is a Clinical Imaging Engineer and PACS Administrator at Saint Francis Health System since July 2021. Previously, Scott served as a PACS Administrator and Clinical Analyst at Cancer Treatment Centers of America from December 2019 to June 2021, supporting multiple PACS systems and a wide range of imaging applications across five regional hospitals. From October 2016 to November 2019, Scott worked at Hillcrest Healthcare System as a PACS Admin, Ancillary Services Application Analyst, and Project Manager, supporting PACS systems for radiology and cardiology. Scott's career also includes serving as CIO at The Spine and Orthopedic Institute, where initial development was underway, and experience as an IT Regional Manager at Staffmark, managing IT infrastructure across 10 states. Earlier roles include contract work at Lockheed Martin and service as a Sergeant in the United States Air Force from 1989 to 1997.
