Romi Hendrawan is an experienced plant manager with a background in mechanical engineering, specializing in plant operations, commissioning, and maintenance management. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Saint-Gobain Indonesia since April 2017, Romi manages the largest mortar plant in Indonesia, overseeing continuous operations and the initiation of a new cement mortar plant. Previously, Romi held roles such as Technical Service Manager at SKF Group, where expertise in reliability and predictive maintenance was applied to improve customer productivity in Sumatera. At Lafarge Cement Indonesia, responsibilities included managing cement grinding plant operations, leading CAPEX projects, and implementing maintenance systems. Romi's career started as a mechanical engineer at Seamless Pipe Indonesia Jaya, contributing to plant performance improvements. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
