Jayant Lomate

Jayant Lomate is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in human resources management across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for Gyproc India at Saint-Gobain since August 2025, Jayant has previously held key HR roles at Punch Powertrain, where responsibilities included spearheading HR transformation and global talent strategy, and at SKF India, focusing on HR strategy and employee experience across multiple factories. Additional experience includes HR leadership positions at Oetiker Group and VARROC ENGINEERING PVT.LTD. Jayant holds a Master's in Personnel Management and a Bachelor's in Law from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
