Kristel Flynn

Kristel Flynn has extensive experience in academia, serving as an Adjunct Communication Faculty at Saint Xavier University since August 2009, where responsibilities include teaching public speaking and communication skills, designing course content, and enhancing learning experiences for diverse student populations. As the Director of the Student Success Program/TRIO SSS, Kristel managed program operations supporting first-generation and low-income students while ensuring regulatory compliance and overseeing a substantial budget. Additional roles include Student Support Specialist and Adjunct Faculty, contributing to student acclimation and success. Kristel's artistic pursuits include acting with Gaelic Park Players and serving as an ensemble member with Stray Dog Theatre.
