Oleksandr (Alex) Mikhieiev has extensive maritime experience, currently serving as a Marine Advisor at Saipem since July 2004, specializing in heavy lift and pipelay vessels, including roles as Master DP Advisor on the crane vessel "Gurban Abasov" and Chief Mate/SDPO on several state-of-the-art vessels like "Saipem 7000" and "Saipem Constellation." Prior experience includes positions as 2nd Mate and 3rd Mate on the "Saipem 7000," as well as logistic coordination for NATO exercises with Alpha Navigation. Oleksandr holds a Diploma in Ship Management from Lloyd's Maritime Academy and postgraduate and bachelor's degrees in Navigation from Odessa National Maritime Academy.
