Michael then joined Amazon in 2017 and held various roles including Pathways Operations Manager, Senior Operations Manager, Site Leader, and Assistant General Manager. Michael was responsible for site safety, quality, productivity metrics, and the development of leaders and associates. Currently, they are working as the Director of Operations at Saks Fifth Avenue since 2022.
Michael Sesson earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance from Penn State University in 2012. Michael then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Analytics and Leadership from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business, which they completed in 2017. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business in 2017 and Bloomberg Market Concepts from Bloomberg LP in 2016.
