Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Saks Global since March 2021, Garber has previously held key roles, including Chief People Officer at Saks Fifth Avenue and SVP of Human Resources at Hudson's Bay Company. With a strong background in HR strategy, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, and organizational design, Garber has successfully led HR initiatives across multiple brands, including Saks OFF 5TH and Lord & Taylor. Prior to their extensive tenure in retail, Garber held HR leadership positions at Niles Audio Corporation and Best Buy, where a focus on talent and communications shaped the business's success. Garber holds a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Biology from Ohio Wesleyan University.
