Cat Foulkes has worked as the Onboarding Manager and Customer Success Manager at sales-i since May 2014. Prior to this, Cat was the Franchise Recruitment Manager at N5 Ltd from April 2005 to October 2012. Cat holds a degree in BA (Hons) Russian and Human Resource Management from Keele University. Additionally, Cat completed Customer Success Management courses at Gainsight Customer Success University in 2018. With a background in both sales and customer success, Cat has been instrumental in helping businesses increase profits and improve customer retention through the utilization of cutting-edge business intelligence software.
