Susan Cashion

Susan Cashion is an accomplished sales executive with extensive experience in leading sales organizations across diverse industries. Currently serving as the Outsourced Vice President of Sales at Sales Xceleration since August 2023, Susan utilizes the Sales Xceleration platform to help businesses develop sustainable sales growth. As the President of Growth Wise Consulting, Inc. since 2017, Susan provides strategic advisory services aimed at achieving significant revenue growth for startup and mid-sized companies. Previous roles include Director of the GC Professional Division at The Guitar Center Company, Director of Sales at Clean Earth and Stericycle, and Vice President of Global Business Development at Truegenics Pte. Ltd. With a strong foundation in sales and operations management from Transitions Optical and General Mills, Susan holds a BA in Communications and Sales Marketing from California State University, Northridge, and has also studied at UC Santa Barbara and Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business.
