Akshay Joshi

Akshay Joshi is an experienced technology professional currently serving as the Lead Member of Technical Staff at Salesforce since February 2019, focusing on Site Reliability Engineering for the Core CRM team. Prior to Salesforce, Akshay worked as a Site Reliability Engineer at Marketo, an Adobe Company, contributing to infrastructure projects and implementing Infrastructure as Code with Terraform for migration to GCP. Earlier experience includes a role as a Software Developer at IOVOX, where Akshay was involved in the development of REST integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and a Software Developer Intern position at SunGard K12, now part of FIS, working on software development for Business Plus. Additionally, Akshay served as an Instructional Assistant at the Student Learning Center at CSU Chico, providing tutoring in programming courses. Akshay holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from California State University, Chico, a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, and a Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication from the Maharashtra state board of technical Education.
