Daniel Reed

Daniel Reed is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in litigation and counsel roles. At Salesforce, from October 2012 to January 2020, Daniel served as the Executive Vice President, Global Litigation & Associate General Counsel, overseeing teams in Global Litigation, IP, Employment Law, and HR Compliance. Prior to Salesforce, Daniel held various positions at Affymetrix, Inc., including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Global Litigation, and served as Assistant General Counsel, Litigation. Daniel began the legal career as an Associate at Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP and further honed skills as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Charles E. Wiggins at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Daniel earned a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a degree from The Johns Hopkins University.
