Helena van Berkum

Helena van Berkum is an accomplished leader in customer success and consulting, currently serving as the Director of Slack Customer Success at Salesforce since December 2024. Previously, Helena held the position of Head of Customer Success at Workstream and served as a Senior Manager within Salesforce's Slack Customer Success team. Helena's career includes significant roles at Deloitte, where leadership was demonstrated in the Human Capital practice and in technology-focused consulting. Additionally, Helena worked at Slalom Consulting, focusing on digital transformation, and began the career at CBE Consultants. Helena holds an MSc in Business Studies from the University of Amsterdam and a BSc in International Business Administration from VU University Amsterdam.
