Jim Stroka

Jim Stroka has extensive experience in customer success within the technology sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Salesforce since June 2002. In this role, Jim leads customer success initiatives for Mulesoft, Data Cloud, Public Sector, and LATAM markets. Previously, Jim was responsible for the success of over 40,000 nonprofit and higher education organizations globally. Other positions at Salesforce include Vice President of Customer Success Group and Director of Global SuccessDesk, where Jim developed a scalable presales engagement methodology that significantly increased pipeline coverage. Prior experience includes marketing roles at vLinx and CyberCash. Jim holds a BSFS in International Relations from Georgetown University and further education from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
