Yacov Salomon

Yacov Salomon currently serves as SVP Engineering for the Service Cloud at Salesforce, beginning in November 2023. Prior to this, Yacov was Chief Technology Officer at RevAmp, where product development was led from inception to initial prototype. As Chief Architect for The Ethical Tech Project, Yacov created the open-source Privacy Stack Reference Architecture, advocating for its adoption among technologists and standards institutions. Yacov also held the position of Head of AI and Innovation at Superset Venture Studio, advising startups on ML/AI and product development. Previously, Yacov led technology efforts at Stanza and was a lecturer in machine learning at the University of California, Berkeley. Earlier roles included Vice President of Data Science at Salesforce, Krux Digital, and Bigcommerce, with a strong focus on building data-science teams and developing advanced analytics technologies. Yacov holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Science with Honors from James Cook University.
