Wood Rustay has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. From 2021 to present, they have served as the SA/QA Manager for SalesPage Technologies. From 2005 to 2021, they worked for Invesco Ltd. in various roles, including Senior Project Manager, Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager, Advanced Business Analyst/Project Manager, and IT Business Analyst. From 1998 to 2005, they were an IT Analyst for RadiSys Corporation and a Business Analyst for Texas Micro.

Wood Rustay received a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Plan II Honors from The University of Texas at Austin - College of Liberal Arts. Prior to this, they attended St. Johns School.
