Molly Sparks began their career in 2012 as an Assistant Account Manager with Amazon. In 2014, they moved on to become an Inside Sales Representative at Red Hat. In 2016, they joined Pipestry as a Sales Hacker, where they leveraged the latest prospecting strategies and technologies to scale outreach, build quality pipeline and create predictable revenue. Finally, in 2019, they joined SalesHive.com as a Sales Strategist, where they used email, social media and direct mail to book meetings with qualified buyers in target markets.

Molly Sparks obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from Baylor University between 2006 and 2010.
