Aleksander Chim is an experienced professional in programmatic advertising, currently serving as a Programmatic Manager at SalesTube since May 2022, where performance is maximized through daily monitoring and team mentoring. In addition to this role, Aleksander is a Programmatic Trainer for IAB Polska, leading hands-on workshops in programmatic advertising. Previous experience includes a variety of positions at Wavemaker from July 2015 to April 2022, progressing from Trainee to Programmatic Manager, with expertise in digital communications. Aleksander holds a postgraduate degree in Frontend Development from Kozminski University, a Master's degree in Management from Menedżerska Akademia Nauk Stosowanych w Warszawie, and a Bachelor's degree in Administration and Social Sciences from Warsaw University of Technology.
