Kostis Efthimiou

Kostis Efthimiou has extensive experience in project management and human resources within the infrastructure sector, currently serving as Group HR Director and Project Manager at Salfo & Associates S.A. since July 2001, focusing on the management of highways, railways, and airports, while leading the Planning Department and overseeing time and cost control. Previously, Kostis operated as a civil engineer and freelancer for the Private Technical Office from November 1999 to June 2001 and worked as a Site Supervisor at Hellenic Technodomiki S.A. from May 1995 to October 1999, where responsibilities included construction supervision and financial management. Kostis holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Athens University of Economics and Business.
