Yury Shikhov

Yury Shikhov is an accomplished Senior Hardware Design Engineer currently working at Salience Labs since December 2023 and co-founding Nubacell Ltd. in January 2021. With extensive experience in hardware engineering, Yury has held senior roles at Lumentum and OCLARO, contributing to significant projects such as the installation of prototype "T-Blade 2.5" with a liquid cooling system at the Leibniz-Rechenzentrum in Germany and developing diagnostics manuals for Infiniband switches. Earlier positions include Team Lead in HPC R&D at T-Platforms, where Yury managed HPC electronics module development and optimized engineering processes, and serving as CTO at Wristo, focusing on technology evaluation and strategic planning. Yury's career also includes leading power supply design engineering at Incoteх Electronics Group, achieving mass production of AC/DC converters. Yury holds a Master's degree in Physics from Volgograd State University with a specialization in computer electronics.
