Keith Aubele CPP, LPP

Keith Aubele CPP, LPP has extensive experience in the security and loss prevention industry. Keith began their career in 1975 as an Active Duty member of the United States Air Force. In 1981, they joined the Springfield Missouri Police Department as a Corporal. In 1982, they moved to Walmart as the Director of Loss Prevention. In 1996, they began working as an Adjunct Professor at Missouri Southern State University, where they instructed an upper division level course entitled "Security Management". In 2000, they joined The Home Depot as the Global Vice President of Loss Prevention & Risk. In 2002, they founded the Nav1gate Group Inc., providing executive level guidance in the area of business operations, retail operations, retail loss prevention and asset protection, risk management, product development and deployment. In 2009, they became a Sworn Law Enforcement Officer at the Benton County Sheriffs Department- Benton County Arkansas, and retired in 2021. Currently, they are the Chief Security Officer at Salient Systems in Austin, Texas.

Keith Aubele CPP, LPP has a diverse educational background. Keith holds a Masters Degree in Business from Troy University, a Retail Leadership degree from the University of Arkansas Sam M Walton Business - Retail, a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Missouri Southern State University, an NCO - Non Commissioned Officer Training from the Community College of the Air Force, a Certificate from the Federal Bureau of Investigations Citizen's Academy, and a High School/Secondary Diploma and Certificate from Baldwin Senior High School. Keith also holds two additional certifications, a Loss Prevention Professional (LPP) from Missouri Southern State University obtained in October 2000 and a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) from ASIS International.
