Salini Impregilo
Mr. Valensise has been a member of the Webuild Board of Directors since April 2021. He graduated in law from the "La Sapienza" University of Rome, and entered a diplomatic career, by competition, in 1975. He was the Italian Ambassador in Sarajevo, then in Brasilia, and finally in Berlin, and Secretary General of the Farnesina.
In 2016, he was appointed member of the Board of Directors of Astaldi S.p.A. He was also a member of the Board of Directors of Tim s.p.a. At the end of March 2021, he was also appointed a member of the Board of Directors of Tim Brasil.
