Adam Ames

Adam Ames is a seasoned facilities management professional with extensive experience in laboratory and architectural design. Currently serves as Chapter Leader for LabOps Unite Community in San Diego and Director of Facilities and Planning at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies. Previous roles include Senior Facilities Manager at Loxo Oncology at Lilly and Facilities Project Manager at Sandia National Laboratories. Adam's career began in 2000 as a Designer/Coordinator at Earl Walls Associates, and over the years held various significant positions, including Job Captain and Project Manager on multiple LEED-certified projects. Adam holds a degree from Roger Williams University, obtained between 1992 and 1997.
