Kailas Joshi

Kailas Joshi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement and transformation across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Transformation at Proxima since November 2019, Kailas leads initiatives to enhance clients' procurement functions. Prior roles include serving as Director of Indirect Procurement at Cardinal Health, overseeing global sourcing functions and a large team, and as Head of Global Shared Services and Global Category Manager at Mettler-Toledo, where responsibilities included managing diverse teams and coordinating various oversight functions. Earlier experiences include positions at Briggs & Stratton Yard Power Products Group and internships at Procter & Gamble and Turbine Engine Component Technologies. Kailas holds an MBA in Finance and an MS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Vishwakarma Institute of Technology.
