Lana Farrow

Lana Farrow, PMP, currently serves as a Senior Systems Analyst at Sallie Mae, a position held since September 2010, where responsibilities include acting as a business analyst and project manager for the Contingency Services products, defining requirements, and documenting business designs for collections systems and applications. Previously, Lana was a Systems Analyst at Sallie Mae from 2004 to 2010, performing similar duties in the same department. Lana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Butler University, completed between 1988 and 1992.
