Paul Vanhook

Paul VanHook is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Assistant Secretary at Sallie Mae since February 2015. In this role, Paul leads the finance attorney team, overseeing capital markets activities such as securitizations, financings, and derivatives, and managing corporate governance matters in collaboration with the Board of Directors.
