Thomas Le Grand currently serves as the Vice President of Retail Operations at Sally Europe since September 2024. Prior to this role, Thomas held the position of General Manager at NACHOS from March 2023 to September 2024, managing 30 restaurants with significant revenue and a large workforce. Thomas's extensive experience includes over a decade at IDKIDS, where roles included Business Development Director B2B and Country Manager for China, overseeing operations across multiple countries and implementing successful digital transformation strategies. Thomas also has a strong background in retail management, having led 450 stores in France as Retail Director, achieving notable EBITDA growth and store openings. Additional experiences include positions at Coca-Cola Enterprises and Econocom, complemented by academic credentials in Management and Leadership from EDHEC Business School and a Master’s degree in Finance from KEDGE Business School.
