Simone Flanigan

Simone Flanigan is an experienced educator with a focus on English and humanities. Currently serving as an Associate Instructor at the University of Utah since August 2023, Flanigan has also been an Adjunct Professor of English at Salt Lake Community College since 2012, where responsibilities include designing online classes using Canvas, often utilizing open educational resources (OER). Additionally, Flanigan works as a Freelance Writer and Editor, providing content writing, editing, layout design, cover design, and self-publishing assistance to clients. Flanigan’s previous roles include Head Humanities Teacher at Daniels Academy and Adjunct Professor of English at Utah State University. Flanigan holds both a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Utah State University.
