As the owner of NetComm Technologies, specialized in mission-critical software solutions, Sebastian has designed and implemented numerous ERP-class systems for clients across Europe. Previous roles include Managing Partner at Kampeki and Software Localization Engineer at Berlitz Corporation, where Sebastian translated Microsoft materials into Polish. Sebastian's educational background includes studies at The London School of Economics and multiple courses at Harvard Business School Online, complemented by a Master's degree in Information Technology from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
